Mentor Toolkit Job Aids

As part of the course design, early on I included a "Mentor Toolkit." The Toolkit is a place where learners earn resources as they progress through the eLearning. This was a gamification element that I really wanted to include, not only to make the course more engaging, but also because the earned resources are content summaries that Mentors can reference later as a job aid. Additionally, I planned these Toolkit resources to be the basis of the content review in the subsequent ILT Capstone experience.
